Wear parts insert TIC material, 2-4 times lifetime, highly recommended!

1.Super High Wear Resistant Parts

SINCO super high wear resistant part is using a special wear-resistant composite material developed for the unique wear resistance of mechanical parts, which meets the GB984-85 standard. The alloy steel is used as the welding core, and a large amount of alloy compounds, tungsten, molybdenum, manganese, cobalt and other elements are added to the coating, which greatly improves the hardness of the surfacing layer and has fewer cracks. Its maximum hardness is HRA≥85 , It has the characteristics of resistance to high temperature and strong abrasive wear of ore powder, sand, stone, etc. It is the most ideal welding material for wear-resistant parts at present.

2.Super High Wear Resistant Part Features

1. The surfacing layer has extremely high hardness and fewer cracks; the substrate is reliable, does not crack, and has good toughness. The wear-resistant layer is not easy to fall off, and the bonding strength between the wear-resistant layer and the substrate is 345MPa;
2. Multi-layer surfacing can be used to improve the hardness of the surfacing layer;
3. It can resist high temperature use;
4. Compared with the composite wear plate on the current market, the new material has a stronger service life, and its service life is 3-5 times that of ordinary high manganese steel products.

① Macro hardness ②Micro hardness ③Brinell hardness
-Vickers hardness up to microscopic hardness 1750HV)

5.Sinco microstructure of wear-resistant material particles

•Hard particle generation conditions: alloy compound.
•The composition determines the organization, and the organization determines the quality. Cemented carbide particles up to HV1750
